8 limit class group, We have boxing gloves and wraps, or bring your own. 1 hour-15min Class, get ready to learn how to stand, punch, and throw a 6 count combo. We’ll use the heavy bag, and throw some punches along with enhancing balance and self defense moves. Great way to increase your core strength, increase endurance and lose weight all in one total body class. Boxing and Kick Boxing conditioning techniques. Book a class and let’s get loose! 🥊❤️💪
